If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with our website or app.

To register an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Medikavach is committed to protecting your data with industry standard security measures, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. You also play an important role by keeping your login credentials confidential. If you ever suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately – we will promptly secure your account and reset your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with untrue or incomplete information.

Products and Descriptions

Medikavach specializes in the design, manufacture, and sale of premium medical apparel, including scrubs, lab coats, surgical caps, patient’s uniform, and customized uniforms for healthcare professionals. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur due to typographical mistakes, technical issues, or inaccurate information from our suppliers. In the event of any error, we reserve the right to correct it and will notify you promptly. Please note that colours of products as displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, and natural variations in fabric dye lots. Medikavach does not guarantee that the product delivered shall correspond exactly with the image displayed on the website, and we accept no liability for such minor variations.

User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You shall not upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data; engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website's functionality; impersonate any person or entity or provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; or engage in any activity that is fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting our customer support team.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Medikavach website are in Indian Rupees and, unless otherwise stated, include all applicable taxes. We make every effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate. However, in the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical glitch, or human error, Medikavach reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for such incorrectly priced products, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. In such cases, if payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to you through the original payment method. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. We accept various payment methods, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes and non-customized products. All payment transactions are processed through secure, RBI-approved gateways. Medikavach reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Ordering and Acceptance

When you place an order on the Medikavach website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not binding upon us until we accept it. After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment message via email, WhatsApp or SMS confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract between you and Medikavach is formed only when we send you an order confirmation message following payment verification and product availability check. Medikavach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to verify payment information, or any violation of these Terms. You are obligated to complete any transaction for which you have indicated acceptance to purchase, and you shall not place orders with the intention of not completing the transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

Ready stock orders are dispatched within 1‑2 business days; made-to-order items within 7‑10 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and courier. Medikavach is not liable for delays caused by courier, natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is our error. For COD orders, keep exact change ready. If unclaimed and returned, re‑dispatch fees apply.

 Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, incorporated here by reference. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and has all tags attached. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong items, or transit damage. Customized products are not eligible unless defective. Clear photos or video evidence are required. You bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5‑7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, bank details are required. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within one hour of placement, provided that the order has not yet been forwarded to our manufacturing unit for processing. Cancellations can be initiated through our mobile app or by contacting us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. After the order has been forwarded to manufacturing or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. In the event of a valid cancellation, refunds will be processed within three to five business days to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medikavach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for that product. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our products outside their intended purpose.

 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our website. For our products, we guarantee that they meet the specifications described on the product page. However, we do not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements beyond those specifications, unless expressly stated. Medical apparel should be used in accordance with standard clinical practices, and Medikavach disclaims any liability for misuse.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Medikavach, its founders, employees, affiliates, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of our website, your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights, or any activity conducted through your account.

Medikavach reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Medikavach regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
