Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange and Return eligibility

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and retain all original tags and packaging.
  • A valid Order ID or invoice copy is mandatory.
  • Acceptable reasons include:
  1. Manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching flaws, fabric defects, missing buttons)
  2. Incorrect product delivered (wrong size, colour, or variant)
  3. Transit damage
  4. Size mismatch (exchange only – for the same product in a different size)
  • The following are not eligible:
  1. Customized or embroidered products (unless defective from Medikavach’s end)
  2. Products that have been washed, stained, or damaged by the customer after delivery
  3. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale items may be exchanged but are not eligible for a refund unless defective.

 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Medikavach via WhatsApp at [Your WhatsApp Number] (preferred for fastest response) or through the Medikavach mobile app (Orders → Select Order → Request Return/Exchange).
  • Provide the following details:
  1. Order ID
  2. Product name
  3. Reason for return/exchange
  4. Clear photographs or video evidence
    (required for defect or damage claims)
  • Approval or rejection will be communicated within 12 hours (Monday–Saturday).
  • Upon approval, securely pack the product (original packaging recommended).
  • A return address or reverse pickup request will be shared.
  • The product must be shipped back within 3–4 days of receiving approval.

3. Return Process (Refund)

  • After the returned product is received, inspection is completed within 2 business days.
  • If approved, a refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout and for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details will be required.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Medikavach’s part (e.g., defective or wrong product).

 Exchange Process (Replacement Product)

  • After the returned product is received, inspection is completed within 2 business days.
  • If approved, the exchange product (new size or colour) is dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • A new tracking link will be sent via WhatsApp upon dispatch.

 Out-of-Stock Scenarios for Exchange

  • If the requested exchange product is not available, Medikavach will notify the customer immediately.
  • The customer may choose either:
  1. An alternative product of equal or lesser value, or
  2. A full refund in place of the exchange.

 Refund Policy

  • Valid reasons: manufacturing defect, wrong product, transit damage.
  • Not eligible: customized/embroidered items (unless defective), washed/damaged items, requests after 7 days. Sale items non-refundable unless defective
  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days after return approval and inspection.
  • Amount credited to original payment method. For COD orders, bank details required. Shipping charges non-refundable unless return is due to our error (defective/wrong product).

 Cancellation Process

  • Cancel within 1 hour of order placement (before manufacturing).
  • WhatsApp [Your Number] or app (Orders → Request Cancellation) with Order ID.
  • Confirmation message required for valid cancellation.
  • Refund in 3–5 business days to original payment method. COD: bank details needed.
  • No cancellation after order is forwarded to manufacturer or dispatched.
