Order Processing Time

      Ready stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

      Made-to-order or customized items (such as embroidered scrubs) take longer and are dispatched within 7-10 business days.

·     Orders placed after 6 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

·      Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

·      Metro cities typically receive orders within 2-4 business days, while remote areas may take seven to ten business days.

·      You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
·      COD is available only for selected pin codes. You can check availability at checkout.

·      It is offered only for prepacked, non-customized products. Please keep exact cash ready, as courier partners may not carry change.

How to Track Your Order
·      After your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message containing your AWB (tracking) number and a courier link.

·      Click the link to see real-time delivery status. You can also track your order from your account dashboard on our website or through our mobile app.

·      If there is no update for three days beyond the expected delivery date, please WhatsApp us with your Order ID.

What If Order Shows Delivered But You Haven’t Received It?

Please first check with family members, neighbours, or your building’s security desk. If the package is still not found, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update. We will immediately file a complaint with the courier partner and investigate.
